Germany-Switzerland-Austria | Take part in our webinar “Classical Music Trends in GSA” (29 October, 11h30-13h)

As part of our online series (From) Home Export Days, Le Bureau Export presents “Classical Music Trends in the UK” on Thursday 29 October, 11:30 – 13:00 (CEST).

Our new digital chapter “Classical Music Trends in…” aims at exploring the latest developments in artists & repertoire, trends in audience development and engagement as well as the way financial models are currently changing in an extremely dynamic context.

For our second panel “Classical Music Trends in the Germany, Switzerland and Austria”, we will focus on these German-speking European markets. Our guests will talk about the threats and opportunities linked to the sanitary crisis, as well as changes in mindsets and cultural habits in the countries we are living in and exporting at.

The panel will be presented in English and moderated by Eric Denut (adviser for Maestro Arts / Universal Music Publishing, Former Delegate for Music at the French Ministry of Culture) and will reunite the following specialists:

  • Sonia Simmenauer, Impressario at Simmenauer (Allemagne)
  • Ole Baeckhoj, Director at Boulez Saal (Germany)
  • Peter Paul Kainrath, Managing Director at Klangforum in Vienna (Austria)
  • Hans-Georg Hofmann, Artistic Director at Basler Sinfonieorchester (Switzerland)

More speakers will be announced.

The panel will be livestreamed on Thursday 29 October at 11:30 (CEST) on Le Bureau Export’s YouTube Channel, as well as on our dedicated webpage (From) Home Export Days

As part of this new chapter “Classical Music Trends in…”, other panels will follow, focusing on other European markets – the programme will be announced later.
