World | Angèle and Christine and the Queens featured on One World: Together At Home
Angèle and Christine and the Queens will participate in the initiative launched by Global Citizen, in partnership with Lady Gaga to raise funds to support the World Health Organization and healthcare workers around the world.
Angèle (Universal Music France, Auguri) and Christine and the Queens (Because Music, Corida) will participate in the initiative One World: Together at Home which will reunite many international personalities during a 6-hour live show designed to collect donations from viewers in order to set up a fund to support organisations involved in the fight against the pandemic.
The live will take place on Saturday 18 april and will be broadcast in digital streaming from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET on the following platforms: Alibaba, Amazon Prime Video, Apple, Facebook, Instagram, Joox, LiveXLive, Tencent, TIDAL, TuneIn, Twitch, Twitter, Yahoo and Youtube.
A 2-hour linear broadcast will also take place on numerous channels around the world, including in the United States on Saturday 18 April from 8 to 10 pm (ET) on NBC, CBS and ABC and in the United Kingdom on Sunday 19 April from 7 to 9 pm (BST) on the BBC. Both “made in France” artists Christine and the Queens and Angèle regularly offer Instagram lives to their fans since the beginning of the confinement. The Belgian artist, notably performed a live on behalf of the Channel brand on April 3rd.
Christine and the Queens, for her part, has already participated in the #TogetherAtHome initiative, on March 23rd, by giving a concert, also on Instagram, available as a replay on Global Citizen’s YouTube and Instagram accounts.
Before performing at One World: Together At Home on Saturday, April 18, she will appear on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert at 11:30pm EST on CBS.
