USA | Mi Gente in Barack Obama’s 2017 picks
As initiated during his presidential terms, Barack Obama has published his very own list of 2017 favourite books and music. As quoted by the former president, the list is “a nice way to reflect on the works that resonated with me and lift up authors and artists from around the world”.
On top of this list is a French production, My Gente by J. Balvin and Willy William and produced by label Scorpio Music. Mi Gente is adhead of tracks like Humble by Kendrick Lamar, Family Feud by Jay-Z or Ordinary Love by U2.
Featuring in Barack Obama’s list is another boost for Mi Gentre – already gone double platinum in the USA.
